Sync issues

Sync doesn't activate


Most mails received are because of unavailable sync or failing sync. In all cases these issues could be fixed by one of the steps from this list. 

  • Check that you have purchased Planny Pro
  • Check the option "iCloud Sync" inside the Settings of Planny
  • Make sure, iCloud is enabled on your iOS device or Mac
  • Make sure iCloud Drive is also enabled
  • Make sure all your devices use the same AppleID and are logged in
  • Restart your iOS device or Mac and make sure, that you're logged into iCloud
  • Give it some time ....
