Sync doesn't activate
Most mails received are because of unavailable sync or failing sync. In all cases these issues could be fixed by one of the steps from this list.
- Check that you have purchased Planny Pro
- Check the option "iCloud Sync" inside the Settings of Planny
- Make sure, iCloud is enabled on your iOS device or Mac
- Make sure iCloud Drive is also enabled
- Make sure all your devices use the same AppleID and are logged in
- Restart your iOS device or Mac and make sure, that you're logged into iCloud
- Give it some time ....
